Loan review

QRIDA undertakes a loan review for all QRIDA loan facilities. There are two loan reviews, a short loan review form and the full loan review form.

QRIDA loan review

Starting your loan review form

QRIDA now provides Loan Review Forms in a fillable PDF format. The fillable form enables you to complete and save the application on your computer rather than completing by hand. 

A number of special functions are embedded within the form, which are designed to assist you complete the form as quickly and accurately as possible. For example, calculations, drop down boxes and formatting.  

To ensure you are able to utilise all of these special functions, QRIDA recommends you download the latest free version of Adobe Reader. Some functionality may be unavailable with older versions of Adobe Reader or other software applications. 

While QRIDA has taken every possible precaution with the creation of files, they are downloaded and used at your own risk. Various tools to enable access to these files for people using a screen reader can be found at www.access.adobe.com

Short loan review form

The short loan review form (PDF, 301 KB) is to be completed as required by QRIDA.

To complete the form please provide a copy of the following documents:

  • full financial statements for the year ended 30 June for all entities*
  • full partnership / company and / or trust tax returns for the year ended 30 June for all entities*
  • Individual tax returns for each partner/director/trustee associated with your enterprise for the year ended 30 June
  • Schedule of Accounts
  • Insurance – Certificate of Currency for all significant assets
  • If your financial statements or Tax returns have not yet been completed, please provide a copy of your management accounts (Profit & Loss report from your bookkeeping system).

*Note: a Notice of Assessment or Taxation Estimate is not sufficient.

Full loan review form

The full loan review form is to be completed as required by QRIDA.

To complete the form please provide a copy of the following documents:

  • full financial statements for the year ended 30 June for all entities*
  • full partnership/company and/or trust tax returns for the year ended 30 June for all entities*
  • Individual tax returns for each partner/director/trustee associated with your enterprise for the year ended 30 June
  • ATO Portal/Integrated Client Account Statement
  • Schedule of Accounts
  • Valuation - if you have had a property valuation done within the last 3 years
  • Insurance - Certificate of Currency for all significant assets.
  • If your financial statements or Tax returns have not yet been completed, please provide a copy of your management accounts (Profit & Loss report from your bookkeeping system).

You will need to select the following documents which apply to you in order to complete your loan review. 

Please remember to download and save the form to your desktop or storage device before completing.

Disaster Assistance Loan | Exceptional Disaster Assistance Loan

In addition to the above required documents, if this is your first review and the loan facility letter has a condition on proof of expenditure, you must provide evidence that funds have been used for the loan purpose.

Please attach copies of invoices and bank statements/cheque butts/payment receipts for at least 80% of the approved funds.

Drought Concessional Loan | Drought Recovery Concessional Loan | Drought Assistance Concessional Loan

In addition to the above required documents, if this is your first review and the Concessional Loan Agreement has a condition on Proof of Expenditure, you must provide evidence that funds provided for Operating Expenses or Drought Recovery & Preparedness Activities have been expended for that purpose.  

Please attach copies of invoices and bank statements/cheque butts/payment receipts for all of the funds approved for these purposes.

Submit your completed and signed loan review form together with your supporting documents to QRIDA in one of the following ways:

If your financials and tax returns requested in our cover letter have not been completed, please provide us with a copy of your cashbook figures (profit and loss report). 

If you do not have an electronic copy of your financials and tax returns, please contact your accountant to request they email a copy to reviews@qrida.qld.gov.au
