Chris Sheath
Chris has approximately 23 years’ experience as a solicitor, 12 years as a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Succession Law and 6 years as a Nationally Accredited Mediator. He is an accredited Mediator with QRIDA and has been appointed to the panel of Mediators for the Queensland Small Business Commissioner. He is an Accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. Practising law in regional Queensland, he has acted for many farming families and various institutions involved in the farming and primary production industries. He has advised lenders, borrowers and guarantors involved in commercial disputes and has extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution regarding finance, business and family arrangements.
