Mark Stunden
Mark was formerly on ANZ's panel as a Farm Debt Mediator. He has acted as mediator in numerous banking and finance disputes. Mark has advised and acted for primary industry and agribusiness clients including in relation to the following matters: business interruption claims for crop processing plant closures; damages for chemical overspray/spray drift claims; damages for defects and breakdowns in farming and mining equipment; damages for supply of breeding stock with genetic defects; partnership disputes relating to thoroughbred racing horse ownership; and rural boundary fence disputes.
