Sonia Muller

Sonia has a Masters degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution and has been a Nationally Accredited Mediator since the program's inception. Sonia's experience includes mediation (more than 20 years) across commercial, Minor Civil Debt and Consumer Trader mediation for the Queensland Civil and Administration Tribunal, Queensland Small Business Commission,  as well as criminal (victim:offender), family, neighbourhood and workplace mediation. She is also a corporate trainer, group facilitator, conflict coach and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. Sonia also currently lectures at a post-graduate level students and is on James Cook University's External Advisory Committee for the Conflict Management and Resolution Program. Additionally she has a Master of Social Work qualification.

Sonia also has an Advanced Diploma of Rural Techniques and has always lived in regional and rural Queensland, working for more than 10 years in agricultural research and extension with the Department of Primary Industries. Much of this work was working in agricultural extension, working with graziers in North and West Queensland. Sonia also lectured in business skills at the Longreach Pastoral College. Sonia has extensive experience in lecturing in business communications and management.
